So when I learned that I was going to be one of the first people to give the new Core a spin I was excited to check out the latest addition to the Suunto product offering.
The Suunto Core comes with everything that we all have come to expect from Suunto. It has a solid list of features as well a very stylish a durable new shell. Some of the features included in the Suunto Core are log book, compass, timer, depth meter, weather indicator plus much much more. We put the Suunto Core through its paces in the field and we were impressed by the accuracy of the altimeter as well as the integrated logbook entries. I had never used a watch with the storm check feature but after wearing the watch for a few days I can see how this could be an invaluable tool while navigating through the backcountry.
